The Chester Mini Centre is a simple, low cost entry to CNC machining ideally suited to higher education and training. The Mini Centre can also be used in a toolroom workshop environment, light duty metal parts machining, mould making and R&D. The machine itself is built from tempered cast iron for stress relief to ensure structural stability without deformation. The machine has C3 class ballscrews which ensure highest accuracy and durability. Pretension on all axes minimises thermal distortion.
