GLOBAL TECH
(Model: GESB‐RCH‐01)
Heat pump theory rests on the principle where the heat will move from higher temperature to lower temperature. Thus, the heat transfer coil will be kept at a lower temperature than its surrounding will pick up the heat and uses it to heat the water circuit. The evaporator and condenser functions can be switched by using a system of valves. If the cycle reverses, heat is pumped from indoors to out, as with standard air conditioners. When the condenser becomes the evaporator, the heat can be removed from the living zone during hot weather and discharged outdoors. The evaporator and the condenser are both heat transfer devices. They can be used for cooling (picking up heat) or heating (releasing heat).
